“In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness.
We do not know what we ought to pray for,
but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.”
    (Romans 8:26)

Pray that the Holy Spirit will pour the heart of Jesus into us. Meditate on the Gospel and pray that the Holy Spirit will guide you. I would like for you to desire the heart of Jesus within the verses, praying while meditating that His heart will be poured out into us. Listen carefully during your daily life for the Holy Spirit's inner voice and understanding. Make petition to the Holy Spirit that you would get to know Jesus’s heart through the things happening around you, and through the people you meet. After you wake up each morning, make petition to the Holy Spirit each and every moment of your day. When praying, ask first that the Holy Spirit will guide your prayers and help you. Further, I would like for you to pray that you would be able to participate in the Holy Spirit’s prayer. You will see that the Holy Spirit will bring us to the foot of the cross, and He will bring us in front of the glory of the resurrected Jesus. The Holy Spirit is the lamp that reveals Jesus Christ. If we give ourselves to the Holy Spirit, He will pour Jesus’s heart into us and make us disciples of Christ.

Let us remind ourselves that the Holy Spirit is not just a spiritual gift or power, He is the Lord our God whom we must follow. The relationship between the Holy Spirit and us the believers is always personal. The more we open the doors of our hearts, the more the Holy Spirit will come into our hearts and work within us. Although the Holy Spirit has already rained on us abundant grace during the Memorial day retreat, He will again lead us into a deeper river of grace. In order for this to happen, the Holy Spirit will start to touch upon our lives because the filling of the Holy Spirit and our everyday lives are inseparable. The time will come in our daily life when the Holy spirit touches us, gives us understanding, and asks for us to submit ourselves to Him. In such moments, I pray that you follow the Holy Spirit one step at a time by admitting that He is the lord of our emotions, our will and our personal circumstances..

The Holy Spirit does not ignore our emotions, our wants, or our will. The Holy Spirit is like a good mother who understands our hearts very well.  The Holy Spirit loves us and works for us like a good mother. Further, the Holy Spirit guides us in the time of need. Deciding to obey the Holy Spirit is like deciding to trust your mother, and deciding to carry out her will. The Holy Spirit guides us because He loves us. The Holy Spirit is not someone who takes away our freedom. The Holy Spirit is someone who sets us free. We are free in the Holy Spirit. The guidance of the Holy Spirit who loves us so much as to give His life cannot be harmful to us. When you decide to submit to the Holy Spirit, you will not lose yourself; instead, you will discover your true self.  Everything we sincerely desire is in the Holy Spirit. Even now, the Holy Spirit is persuading  us and waiting for us. I pray that you will follow His guidance and make a step toward Him by submitting yourself.

Discern the guidance of the Holy Spirit by sharing personal circumstances, His touch, and His guidance with Mokjang members or other fellow believers you can trust. The Holy Spirit is within us and working. The will of the Holy Spirit will become clearer as we try to discern His guidance together.
