Truly thankful!
Our church has been celebrating a thankful harvest recently! Following the Mokja ordinance service for Lina and Hari last week, this week we will see Christina Lee, June Kim, and Jacob Bae from Malesia Mokjang be appointed as intern Mokjas. Many English speaking young souls have gathered at Malesia Mokjang where Sung Lee and Yoon Mi Lee are serving as Mokja and Mokyeo that it became necessary to plant new Mokjangs. To support this cause, three new young leaders decided to devote themselves as Mokjas. How thankful it is that we are able to see the new generation devoting themselves to God, listen to their testimonies and see them build up our church!
Next week, our bro Jae Sung Park from Kazak Mokjang (Mokja Kye Wook Lee, Mokyeo Hyun Joo Lee) will be appointed intern Mokja. Gods carried him in His invisible hands and led him to this moment. It is a miraculous gift that God has allowed in our house church ministry.
And Hanmaum church is hosting our first laymen’s house church seminar. God is sending His beloved 16 children to our seminar. Praying for each one by calling out his/her name, and hearing their stories passed along to me, I get butterflies in my stomach thinking about meeting them soon. Some of them had to overcome difficult situations such as-unexpected body injury, having to close the busy business and midterm exams at school-just to come here. I will greet them just as I would greet Jesus because Jesus is in them…
We are truly receiving grace that we do not deserve. I pray that our hearts will be filled and overflown with thankful hearts.
