The professor Ahn, Sung Ho who teaches mission theology at Gordon college will offer online mission school for our church. He is no stranger to our church. He visited our church some time ago and preached during Sunday service. I thank and praise God for allowing us this valuable opportunity with the professor when we need it most.
For the month of June, every Wednesday evening from 7-9, he will offer 5 classes via Zoom. This mission school will be focused on understanding what it means to live as a Christian like everyday missionary. Most of all, we pray that through this opportunity, the youth group will be planted with God’s vision and dream. Also, we hope that the mission school will be a stepping stone for the English ministry that our church has been praying for and actively involved in. Eventually, since the English ministry should be the mission for every member of our church, I want as many church members as possible to participate in it.
This mission school is for youth group and everyone else in our church who shares the vision of English ministry and prays for it. The mission school will only be in English and there won’t be any Korean translation. After each lecture, the class will be divided into English speaking and Korean speaking small groups.
