Greetings, Pastor Choi and Hanmaum church family...  I hope that all of you have been at peace.  After the Sunday worship service, I took some pictures of the construction site to show the progress we have been making in building the new guest house and the office. Learning the lessons of the past, this time I personally supplied all the construction materials; it has actually accelerated the schedule.^^  It seems that the core structures of the buildings will be done after we finish the roof this week.  As we complete the smaller phases of the construction project, soon we should be able to see the guest house and the office coming into shape nicely.  It will be a comfortable place for the pastor and Hanmaum family to stay if you visit us.^^  I thank all of you, pastor and Hanmaum family. Your prayer, encouragement, and support... they are multiple times stronger here on the field. I will carry on until we complete the construction. Since Uganda is still under lockdown, the university, seminary, and chrisitian training centers are currently closed. However I take this as an opportunity where I can peacefully prepare for the next chapter of my mission work, and I thank God for it. Fighting!!!

I drench myself in God’s grace every moment… The roofs have finally gone up^^. I treated the workers to lunch to celebrate the occasion. I served them with rice and meat which is only offered during Christmas in this place. I learned later that in Uganda, they also have a custom to celebrate with nice meals when a house is roofed.^^

Anyways, with your cheers and concerns, the new guest house and the office are getting close to completion smoothly. On the Korean thanksgiving day, we had a meal together with missionaries nearby, and one of them took a picture for us.^^  The people you see in the picture are Joel and David who live with us in the christian training center, and a visiting pastor from a regional church.

Always, Jesus is my Lord !!!
